He was born on October 8, 1970, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S. Matt is noticeable for his work in American Hollywood film industry. He debuts in Hollywood movie Mystic Pizza in 1988. Matt started his carrier as an Actor with Donald Petrie’s successful coming-of-age film. He achieved great success in Hollywood movie Field of Dreams with the revenge of $84.4 million on Box office. Matt first commercial failure of the decade came with the historical western film Geronimo: An American Legend in 1993. He worked in almost 73 hits and flop Hollywood movies and 21 Tv shows. He earned many awards like Boston Society of Film Critics Award for Best Screenplay in 1997 and Best Cast in 2006 and Broadcast Film Critics Association Award for Best Breakthrough Artist in Good Will Hunting (1998).

• The well known Hollywood American actor Matt Damon was born in the family father Telfer Damon and mother Nancy Carlsson-Paige. His father was a stockbroker Kent and his mother was an early childhood education professor at Lesley University.
• When he was two years old his parents divorced and Damon and his brother returned with their mother to Cambridge.
• He studied at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. he was a good student and performed as an actor in several high school theatre productions.
• Matt takes a lead role in the film Geronimo: An American Legend before receiving his degree to attend Harvard University.
