Mahesh Babu is Well known Indian Telugu cinema actor, producer, media personality, and philanthropist. He was born on 9 August 1975 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Mahesh is noticeable for his work in Indian Telugu film industry. He debuts in Telugu movie Raja Kumarudu (1999) in lead role. Mahesh started his carrier as a Child Actor in Telugu movie Needa in 1979. He achieved great success in Telugu movie Raja Kumarudu in 1999 along with Bollywood actress Preity Zinta. Mahesh first appeared in the Voiceover Baadshah in 2013 with famous Director Srinu Vaitla in Telugu cinema. He worked in almost 25 to 30 hits and flop Telugu movies. He earned many awards like International Indian Film Academy Awards Utsavam for Best Actor – Telugu in 2016 and South Indian International Movie Awards For Best Actor – Telugu in 2014.

Early Life 

• The well known south Indian actor Mahesh Babu was born in the family of actor Krishna and housewife Indira. Mahesh has two brothers and three sisters in which he was fourth of the five children.
• He spent his childhood with his maternal grandmother Durgamma and the rest of his family in Chennai.
• Along with his brother, he used to play a cricket on the VGP Golden beach in Chennai and situated on the East Coast Road.
• He debuts a Telugu film Needa in 1979 when he was four years old.
• Mahesh married an Indian girl Namrata Shirodkar. She is producer, actress and former model in Bollywood industry.

Film debut:(1999 and 2003)

• After playing as a child artist in Needa (1979). He made his adult debuts or as a lead actor in Raja Kumarudu 1999.
• He then noticeable in Y.V.S Chowdary romantic film Yuvaraju. Mahesh achieved great success in this movie with the budget of 2 Crore in 2000.
• Then he played a role with Sonali Bendre in Krishna Vamsi’s movie Murari.

• In 2004 he worked with Gunasekhar’s movie Okkadu and won his first AP Cinegoers’ Association 34th Annual Awards for Best Actor – Male.
• After this, he worked with Manjula in his next film, Naani and earned Nandi Special Jury Award for his performance.
